Bugs in Apple's Safari Browser

Some of the pages on the MRHS59 web site are sometimes not rendered properly by Apple's 'Safari' Browser. This is due to bugs in that browser, some of which are documented in great detail here. (Not for novices!)

The pages most affected are the various lists—especially the Hearsay and Missing Lists—all of which are dynamically generated. These pages have been tested in the six browsers and three operating systems shown in the table below. 'Safari' is the only browser which is unable to display them properly.

What is the solution if you are a Mac user? Use Firefox! It is reliable, easy to use, and you can download it free from mozilla.
